Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Free previews and complimentary community events are not refundable because no fee is collected.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, you may request a full refund up to seven (7) days before the published start date. Requests received after that window are evaluated for partial refunds as described below. Self-paced purchases may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of payment if less than 20% of the materials have been accessed.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) you cancel within the timeframe above, (b) we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you decline the new dates, or (c) we confirm a billing error in your favor.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after a live cohort starts but before the midpoint, we may issue a partial refund of up to 50% of tuition, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed at enrollment. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally not refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Private mentoring blocks already delivered, on-site intensive travel holds, printed materials shipped at your request, and seat transfers already processed are non-refundable. Team licenses under Fleet Observatory follow the cancellation schedule in the signed quote.

Refund process

Email hello@infraautomate.digital with your full name, program name, cohort dates, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity verification.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Bank or card networks may take additional time to post the credit.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; fees charged by intermediary banks are not reimbursed unless the refund results from our error.

Cancellation by Infraautomate Digital

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition for the same path.

Exceptions

We consider documented medical or family emergencies case by case and may offer credit toward a future cohort when a cash refund is not available under the schedules above. Statutory rights under Korean law are not limited by this policy where they cannot be waived.
